Hit the Sand in a Special Edition Jeep Wrangler

Looking for new ways to enjoy the beach? There’s good news: the Jeep Wrangler High Tide and Jeep Beach are coming back for 2023, and that’s exactly what they’re made for. Originally made for the Jeep Beach event in Florida, both of these special edition models are made to hit the sand and surf.

20 Years of Jeep Beach

Each special edition model receives a few upgrades and will be released just in time for this year’s Jeep-only event. It takes place the last week of April, and this year will mark the 20^th year of this friendly but fierce competition taking place in Daytona Beach. Last year’s Jeep Beach saw over 200,000 spectators, making it one of the biggest Jeep events in the whole country, and this year’s event is expected to be bigger and better than ever. The event has everything, including a parade and races, but the real goal is to raise money for charity.

The Jeep Wrangler High Tide comes equipped with an impressive list of special features and packages. Based on the Sport S, its 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine is just the start. It also has rock rails, special sand mats, and a sunrider flip-top that allows easy access to air from the hardtop. What gives it the capability to perform, though, is the Xtreme Recon Package. This package includes 35-inch tires, a specially-tuned suspension and shocks made for sand, a reinforced Mopar hinge-gate, and wheel flare, among other features.

With only 500 in production, the Jeep Beach is the special edition and highly-covetable model of the two. It’s similar to the High Tide with a few extras, like 20^th Anniversary badging, medallions, and decals to mark the occasion. The Mopar Katzkin leather seats feature “Jeep Beach” embroidery, and the swing gate plaque has a similar emblem to finish it off. Both are available in six unique color options: Black, Bright White, High Velocity, Hydro Blue, Punk’n, and Sting Gray.
