Communication is very poor. They act like people buy cars everyday and know everything about the vehicle. Had post purchase work that had to be done on the vehicle. They said they would contact me to schedule call never came. After a week went back in to schedule they told me to drop off the car for the work on Sunday to have work done on Monday. Dropped car off Sunday. End of day Monday came no call about completing the work. Drove in before close found out my vehicle had not been touched they forgot about it.

We had to order parts, and once received they completed the repair quickly. Our service rep, Jake, was excellent. Service department has been absolutely awful to work with. They misdiagnosed my vehicle in December, after spending $650 for a new battery. A few months later, the same issue came up, and I was quoted $1200 for a different diagnosis. I was told an ETA on a part that was pushed back 3 weeks. Liars ---- I bought a Used 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie 34K miles. They lied about the vehicle's warranty . It turned out it was a Canadian vehicle therefore Chrysler USA would not warranty the Vehicle. I would not recommend them at all we bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and have had problems with it every year for the past 4 years. Now they are wanting us to pay to fix the transmission even though we told them before our warranty expired that there was something wrong with it and they said it was fine. Avoid going there .

I called to get a recall fixed on my Jeep. They told me that a part for the recall was on back order and they would not get it in for another two weeks. I called the Dodge/Jeep dealership in Burlington and they got me in within a couple days and said that the part was very available to all dealerships, when I told them of my experience with Rairdons they said that it happens often that they lie about not having parts so they don't have to do recalls. Extremely unprofessional!

Jay, and Bruce are great! No pressure sales. They don't make you feel like you have to make a decision on the spot. Jay knows his cars, and can point you in the right direction for your next car. My wife and I just made our third used car purchase this year. They are also great in the service department. The couple issues we had with one of our cars was taken care of in a very timely manner.

Our family had high hopes to be able to do business locally with this dealership since we live locally and want to be supportive. One of the managers was unbelievably deceptive and outright lied about a conversation in which he made a very offensive accusation. His cockiness and ability to manipulate is impressive....in a bad way. I DO NOT recommend this company (and came to find there are a lot of horror stories from others).
