They took our vehicle in for service on time. They did NOT try to sell us add on services. They completed the work in a timely manner so that we did not have to wait too long. Express oil change is a joke. Having to wait 3 hours to get your oil changed is not considered fast.

I had been calling all over the state trying to find some touch-up paint for our Charger's, which is apparently very hard to find these days. Service department has been absolutely awful to work with. They misdiagnosed my vehicle in December, after spending $650 for a new battery. A few months later, the same issue came up, and I was quoted $1200 for a different diagnosis. I was told an ETA on a part that was pushed back 3 weeks. Liars ---- I bought a Used 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie 34K miles. They lied about the vehicle's warranty . It turned out it was a Canadian vehicle therefore Chrysler USA would not warranty the Vehicle. Called for a service appointment because the compass on my 2019 Jeep is not working correctly. The earliest appointment they had was 3 WEEKS out. The last time I was there it took them 1.5 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. We are new to WA. I definitely will not be getting my next vehicle there.

I would not recommend them at all we bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and have had problems with it every year for the past 4 years. Now they are wanting us to pay to fix the transmission even though we told them before our warranty expired that there was something wrong with it and they said it was fine. Avoid going there .

I called to get a recall fixed on my Jeep. They told me that a part for the recall was on back order and they would not get it in for another two weeks. I called the Dodge/Jeep dealership in Burlington and they got me in within a couple days and said that the part was very available to all dealerships, when I told them of my experience with Rairdons they said that it happens often that they lie about not having parts so they don't have to do recalls. Extremely unprofessional!

Jay, and Bruce are great! No pressure sales. They don't make you feel like you have to make a decision on the spot. Jay knows his cars, and can point you in the right direction for your next car. My wife and I just made our third used car purchase this year. They are also great in the service department. The couple issues we had with one of our cars was taken care of in a very timely manner.

We brought in our 1999 Jeep for a new headlight and hood struts. The lights were fixed quickly but the struts had to be ordered, We returned the next day for the strut installation and were in and out within 30 minutes. Great service. Efficient, courteous.
